Hopper Communities began with single family and townhome communities in 2000. We currently have close to 10 active neighborhoods in various stages of completion in the Carolinas including Raleigh, and also Central Texas: Austin, San Antonio and Dallas.
We "partner" with regional and national homebuilders such as Ryan Homes, D.R. Horton, Lennar, Pulte Homes, Mercedes and Citizens as well as other builders. We use a team approach with our homebuilder partners and together are committed to delivering the best value possible for the final customer; the homeowner.
A Hopper community is geared towards providing people a great place to live with townhomes and houses typically ranging in price from $150,000 to $500,000. Our communities offer such amenities as a pool & clubhouse, gazebos, greenways, open spaces and playgrounds all built with the satisfied homeowner in mind.
Additionally, Hopper Communities teams up with financial institutions, equity investors (both public and private), pension funds to purchase distressed properties from REO's. We also pursue development opportunities in healthier markets that are well located and entitled as we move forward through this real estate cycle.
